My girls are 3yr, 9mo and 21mo

Dare I say "smooth sailing" and jinx it? DD1 has been napping about 3 days a week, but when she was out of school for nearly a week due to snow she napped *every* day! Holy crap! They're both still going to bed around 7:30 and waking around 7:30 although DD1 sleeps in until 8 most days (I let her due to the lost sleep at nap).

Last night was a perfect example of "sleep begets sleep." We were watching the Super Bowl at my IL's house and couldn't hear that DD2 was still awake until about 30 min before we left. We had an hour drive after that (during which she did not sleep) so we didn't get home until 10pm. She was in good spirits, but definitely needed sleep. She was up before 7am this morning. I can't tell you the last time she has been up so early! She has been a bear today so I'm hoping the 7pm bedtime tonight will help.

Kai is turning 3 in a couple of days and Gabriel is 5 months.

Any current scheduling issues or smooth sailing?
Gabe is moving toward a 4-hr EASY, so we're working on that, but in general our days are flowing smoothly.

Anything else you'd like to share - funny stories? brags? pictures?
Since DD is skipping nap more often than not, we have spent much more time out of the house and Gabriel has been able to still eat and nap at his usual times without much drama. Its been very freeing.
